- Monthly membership with 3 month commitment/agreement. Medications will be shipped in 4 week supplies automatically as scheduled.
- Visits will be required 1 month after starting medications and every 3 months thereafter. Visits will cost $25/visit. People may be seen more frequently but will have to pay per visit.
- Bloodwork will be cash pay or insurance (if in network) paid directly to the lab every 6 months.
