- Will be required to be seen in person and required to follow up at 1 month after starting medications and every 6 months thereafter. Bloodwork will be cash pay or insurance (if in network) paid directly to the lab every 6 months.

- Gonadorelin is used for 3-4 weeks per 10 week period
